1. Account Eligibility and Verification

• Legitimate Businesses Only: Our platform is intended for use by legally registered business entities and authorized recruitment agencies for the purpose of hiring candidates.
• Information Accuracy: You must provide necessary and legitimate information during the registration process. We utilize verification systems to confirm the authenticity of company details.
• Consequences of Falsification: Should any individual or entity be found guilty of using false, misleading, or fraudulent details, KONN3CT reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and may take further legal action.

2. Liability for Platform Charges

• Account Holder Responsibility: The individual or entity that registers the employer account is fully liable for all charges incurred through the use of the employer dashboard. This includes costs from job views (clicks), applications, and communications.
• No Third-Party Posting: The platform is not intended for use by external parties wishing to promote jobs on behalf of other companies without being a registered recruitment agency. The registered account holder will be held responsible for all associated costs, regardless of any third-party agreements.
• Billing and Payment: All charges are calculated based on platform usage and are billed on a recurring basis as outlined in our pricing model. You are required to maintain a valid payment method on file.

3. Failure to Settle Payments

Failure to pay or settle any outstanding costs or expenses related to the usage of the employer dashboard may lead to the following measures:

• Immediate suspension of your account and all active job postings.
• Application of late payment fees and interest on the outstanding balance.
• Engagement of debt collection agencies.
• Initiation of legal proceedings to recover the outstanding amount, with all associated legal costs being borne by the account holder.
