Welcome to KONN3CT JOBS the Platform. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal working age in your country) to use our Services. Employers must have the authority to post jobs and represent their organizations.

2. Account Registration

  • Job seekers and employers may be required to create an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Use of the Platform

  • Employers may post legitimate job opportunities and must not post misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content. You also have access to a searchable database of candidates who have opted-in to be contacted directly.
  • Job seekers may apply to jobs and upload resumes/CVs only for genuine employment purposes.
  • You may not use the Services for spam, data mining, or unauthorized advertising.

4. Prohibited Activities

When using the Platform, you agree NOT to:

  • Post false, misleading, or discriminatory job listings.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Upload harmful code, viruses, or attempt to disrupt the Services.
  • Collect or use personal information of others without consent.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, design, and technology on the Platform are owned by or licensed to us.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

6. Fees and Payments

  • Employers may be charged fees for premium job postings or promotions.
  • All payments are processed through our payment providers ( Paystack,.).
  • Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • We do not guarantee that any job seeker will be hired or that any employer’s job listing will receive applications.
  • The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of job postings or the conduct of users.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
